Centering Prayer

Centering Prayer is a method of prayer which leads to a deeper relationship with God. Centering Prayer helps one move from more active modes of prayer into receptive prayer, resting in God. Centering Prayer is a relationship with God and a discipline of prayer to foster that relationship. It is Christ-centered in its focus, and builds communities of faith and bonds the member together in charity.
