Small Group Community Building and Care Resources

Small groups exist to help members grow in faith and to reach out to others in acts of loving service. The first step toward these goals is to build community within the group.  Trust is the glue that bonds small group members into a community.

There are resources on this page to help establish and maintain bonds of trust within the group. Some of the resources are questions to ask group members to reflect upon and discuss. Some of the questions give members a chance to trust one another in small ways. As time goes along you will want to move to the questions that carry members through deeper levels of trust.

Training on this component is available. For more information contact Ruth @ Ruth@lexumcsc.com or David Marshall @ Dmarshall3@sc.rr.com.

Download and use the resources below according to the needs of your group.
