My friends,

As Christians we cannot predict the future…we can only live into the future. Our future is currently being shaped by precautions amid the spreading Coronavirus. Our goal is to keep everyone safe and free from the possibility of infection with said virus. Therefore, we are cancelling all gatherings of groups at the church through the end of March. Fellowship meals, small groups meeting, Bible Studies, Exercise groups, Line Dancing, Card Players, Shepherd Center, Boy Scouts, Pinewood Derby, Girl Scouts, Youth activities, Sanctuary Stewards, Leadership Meetings, Sunday School, and Worship Services. Today’s Red Cross Blood Drive is also canceled but a mobile bus will be at Lowe’s parking lot in Redbank on Friday, March 27 from 11:00am-4:00pm for your donations. G.A.L.S. group is canceled as well. If there are any questions about any group or meeting, please call the church office. We will create the chance for you to watch Announcements, Prayers, and a Sermon online. More information will follow concerning this. The Church wants you to remain connected. We will offer links to Bible Study as we continue to journey through Lent. We ask you to consider online giving if you are not currently doing so. You may also use the postal Service to send us your tithes, offerings, and gifts.

Your Pastors will be available via calls or appointments to meet with you if you are in need. We thank you in advance for continuing to support the church.Let us all pray that those in the medical community discover the means to erase the concerns we have over the Coronavirus. Until then, we are still the Church. We will not fear though the earth should change. We will make wise decisions based upon information received from medical sources and the Center for Disease Control.

May God bless you and keep you,

Ken Timmerman
